It will be held on September 16, 2021 at 10:00 in the presence of the Magnificent Rector prof. Ing. Francesco Ubertini the inauguration of the Maritime Basin of the Hydraulic Engineering Laboratory of the University of Bologna. This new experimental infrastructure will be able to offer our region an important and useful tool for coastal management and the implementation of blue economy initiatives as well as an interesting contribution to the development of the TAO project.

The monitoring campaign for the protection of the coast started yesterday: from this moment drones will be seen, acquire images with laser scanners, navigate small radio-controlled boats equipped with acoustic sensors to monitor the state and quality of the sea. For more information click here

The appointment with Ecomondo, the fair focused on the Green Economy and on the most advanced and sustainable technological solutions for the management of the environment and its resources, is also returning to Rimini this year. Researchers from the Proambiente Consortium illustrated the laboratory’s top products and the TAO project.

Also this year Proambiente will be present with its SWAP vehicles at the Sea Drone Tech Summit 2019, the second edition of the only congress in Italy on drones and robots for marine and underwater use. The event this year will take place in Ostia (Rome) on 29 and 30 October 2019. The best Italian experts in the field of aquatic drones will participate to present new projects and technologies and to create partnership and business opportunities. On this occasion, the TAO project will be presented to all interested participants.
